To book a trip with
us all you need to do is fill in the booking form here in capitals and
mail it to us along with a demand draft/bank transfer of the trip cost,
payable at SBI, Ranikhet and made out to Himalayan Wanderers.
The booking form & demand draft/bank transfer should reach us no later
than two months before the trip commences. You will receive a phone call
or fax confirming your booking. Your receipt will be sent by express mail
or courier.

CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS
Barring any natural calamity, in case you need to cancel your trip, before
30 days of the trip 20% of the total amount is deducted as handling and
processing charges and the rest refunded immediately; before 15 days of
the trip 30% of the total amount is deducted but if the cancellation is
made after that 50% of the total amount is deducted.
All refunds will be made in Indian Rupees only.
On a written request sent 30 days in advance, your deposit may be credited
towards a future trip with Himalayan Wanderers, to be used within a year.

LIABILITY WAIVER
Our trips go to places where doctors are not readily available. Though
we carry a first-aid kit and appropriate medicines to take care of common
ailments, we advise you to carry your own medicines as well.
Since a journey of
this kind inevitably involves an element of risk, you will be required
to sign a liability waiver before the trip begins.
